Located on the valley of the Sambata River, at the foot of the Fagaras Mountains, it is renowned as a place of silence, caressing and spiritual strengthening for believers and visitors praying or embracing in this holy place. A very old monastery by the mountains. It is one of the important monasteries in Romania with a lot of history.

Una dintre cele mai frumuase mănăstirii. Merită sa fie vizitată. Cu mașina ajungeți in 20 de minute.
