I met chef Atsushi Tanaka when I was working at Fish La Boissonnerie. We both love music, natural wines, and contemporary cuisine. He does a super-good tasting menu of small snacks, like leeks in brown butter. Cool chefs like Carlos Mirarchi from Roberta’s in Brooklyn and Jowett Yu from Ho Lee Food in Hong Kong come here, too.
