A true find, the Church House Inn at Marldon is a beautiful country pub serving outstanding food and drinks in a gorgeous setting. The stunning garden and bar side of the Inn is dog friendly too so don't forget the dog! This multi award winning Grade 2 listed pub was the first pub in Devon to be listed in the Michelin Pub Guide and has been voted Devons Best Country Pub by readers of Devon Life magazine. The awards don’t stop there, the Pub have also been voted Devon’s Dining Pub of the Year (2013) by the Good Pub Guide. The Church House Inn at Marldon was originally built around 1400 and gave accommodation to the artisans working on the church, after which it became the meeting house for the church congregation and finally the Village Inn. Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.

(Within walking distance; dog-friendly) A centuries-old pub and restaurant with a quaint beer garden, the Church House Inn is well known for its gastro-experience and twee setting.
