In the basement of the Mandarin Oriental, it's got a great selection of drinks. Definitely not a cheap option but it also has really good food.

A nice and not overpriced restaurant in the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Knightsbridge, across from Harvey Nichols and Harrods.
