You can visit the winery and have a wine tasting after doing some blueberry picking across the street at Blueberry Hill of Rosemont. The Rose Family owns both the winery and the farm. Picking starts usually in June and runs through July. You can pick your own from 7-11 Monday through Friday. The winery is open each day at 11 and Sunday's at 1:00. They carry a few snacks or you can pack and lunch and enjoy the afternoon. They also have local artists on display in the winery.

The Tasting Room at Rosemont Vineyards is open daily for wine flights, wine by the glass and by the bottle, all year round! They have events occasionally and meal parings.
Rosemont Vineyards is a family-owned and operated establishment located on the 450 acre Rosemont Estate near beautiful Lake Gaston. The estate has been in the Rose Family since 1858. (less than 30 minutes)
With a large selection of wine, there is something for everyone. They offer tastings as well as small food items - assortments of cheeses and meats; toasted baguettes; and other small wine pairing snacks. You are also welcome to bring your own food. On select days and holidays, there are food truck options as well as live music. A great thing to do, even with kids, on a nice sunny day as there is outside seating and a large grassy area for the kids to run and play.
