There is ample parking not just for cars but also for cycles, it has links to parts of the National Cycle Network which runs along the Wivenhoe trail. The station shows local artwork by both adults and children. the Transition Garden is tended by local supporters and is always open to view. Regular trains to and from Colchester and directly into London. also trains down to Clacton and Walton on sea.
