A simple and welcoming place in Lavington on James Gichuru Road, Aromatics Spa has a few treatment rooms and colourful cushions and throws on the chairs. There’s a small relaxation area with lounge seats where you can have a drink after your treatment. It’s not fancy, but the staff are really well-trained and it’s great value for your money. Try the rebalancing massage after a workout. They sort of stretch you back into shape and realign you when your muscles are sore, which helps with movement and flexibility.
