The artful combination of interesting and unusual flavours stem from his love of the countryside and the fabulous ingredients found in Cumbria. This beautiful Victorian house built in the traditional slate of the region provides a stunning dining location and the obvious enthusiasm of the team shines through with every dish. Lovely food and a super drive over there too!
