Slater Museum has some of the last plaster casts of original Michelangelo and other famous sculptors before conservators in the victorian era realized that the casts were damaging the original stones and outlawed it. While you are in town, drive or walk along Broadway, and Broad Streets to see amazing residential architecture in "the rose of Connecticut".
