Waitrose for certain things, down the Hill this side of Stroud, Sainsbury's for other things - down the other side of the hill, bit further away. Morrisons for the occasional convenient thing - nearer, just down the hill in Nailsworth... (apart from the local corner shop, every food store is down a hill)

If you need to go and stock up, this is a great Waitrose and sits just on the edge of Stroud.

Good quality groceries (although quite pricey) it is very convenient and just up the road from us if you need to get something quickly and on foot.

Large expensive supermarket with all the organic posh food your heart desires. There's a nice cafe too.
