A hidden gem in a residential area, we call the turtle spot, so many turtles beached and a quiet swimming spot.
You're right across the street. More turtles on the beach here than anywhere else on O`ahu. There is an ancient hawaiian fishing shrine under water about 50' off of the beach in 8' water in front of the first A-frame house. Snorkel out here to see turtles getting cleaned by the fishes. Stroll down the beach to the west (left) to see turtles feeding on the reef at the waters edge.

Mellow and kid friendly park and beach. Lots of turtles here too! Great for sunbathing or snorkeling. There is always parking and not as much crowds.
