This is a patrolled beach location with lifeguards and flags for safe swimming that is just 5 minutes walk. Walk to where Nineteenth Ave ends on the beach where there are fresh water outdoor showers and a passage leading to the flagged area.

This beach won the Australian SLSC of the Year in 2016. Great Surf Life Savers and a special little beach!
