The church you see in almost every skyline photo of Belgrade. Vuk Karadžić and Dositej Obradović are buried in the patio of the church - two significant men for Serbian culture, educational development and literacy.
Built in the nineteenth century in the place of an old, demolished church. It was built in the late baroque and classicist style. Many eminent Serbs are buried in this church. Symbol of Belgrade.
One of the oldest churches in Belgrade, at the core of Serbian patriarchy. Non-orthodox visitors are also welcome!
