The Oldest restaurant in the world. Hemingway´s favourite. Goya has worked there.

One of the finest restaurants in Madrid. El Buey translates as "The Ox". A plate of raw steak will be left in the centre of the table, and each guest will be given a hot plate to cook it and eat it.
