Just a few minutes walk around the corner from the Foothills' Retreat is the expansive Horsnell Gully and Giles Conservation Park. This hidden gem offers a truly secluded wilderness walk. Tucked between Cleland Conservation Park and Morialta Conservation Park, this lesser-known park offers plenty of walking options, including sections of the Heysen and Yurrebilla trails. Explore the old Giles homestead ruins, spot koalas in dense bushland and soak in city views. In the cooler months there's also a running waterfall and some gentle rock-climbing for the more avid hiker!

Not for the faint hearted. This is an incredible walk, that begins at the bottom of our land. Just follow the dirt Rd, turn right at the t-junction and walk 150 meters to the park entrance.
