Just outside the Acqua di Nepi bottling plant there are two fountains from which you can source your spring water. One is always running with Sulphur water - excellent to wash your face and mouth with if you have a cold, or sore throat - the second is open in the afternoon 13.00-18.00 and it spills original Nepi mineral water as from the bottles...
