Sushi could't get any fresher with the Fish market right next door!

Right in the heart of the Mercado Central, the freshest and highest quality fish is selected daily by the owner from his suppliers just a few feet away in the market stalls. The Tuna Tataki is superb here, it is our favourite place to eat Tuna in Cádiz but it's all really excellent. Salmon Ndjiri with Teryiaki and mustard and the Uramaki Rolls are also favourites. There are not many tables available to sit at here, but you can reserve one, and they also do takeout to order. Superb value for money for the quality and artistry of the food. Update -July 24 ....still fabulous
