A very famous plaza of the area. It has the same sculpture as Madrid's Cibeles Square. (it was a gift of the Spanish government. Beatiful place. with great restaurants around. Try Contramar. Really , Really good.

Many good restaurants around this monument/park located a few blocks from the partment.
