A food truck open in the warm season outside of the Grafton Cheese Shop in Brattleboro. Amazing South Indian food with Vermont ingredients (including cheese from Grafton), with vegetarian and vegan options.

Awesome Food Truck!!! South Indian Soul Food at it's finest. Located at the Winston Prouty Center at the Austine Campus. Nash and Leda, the owners, are wonderful folks who pour their heart and soul into their food. Check their hours before going!
