If you are looking for a massage or wellness treatment while in Hastings this is a great place to try. Also have excellent yoga and pilates teachers if you are organised and book in advance!

A gorgeous centre for wellbeing where they run Yoga and Pilates classes as well as being equipped with a Pilates Studio. They also have a variety of alternative beauty and health treatments
