My favourite way to start the day - I walk down to the beach, head down the river towards Waterloo and inland by the marina. I grab an Iron Men coffee and head back home the same way.

If you take 10 min train ride to Crosby beach, after looking at the statues you can revord yourself with a great cup of coffe
