Enrico, besides being a friend, is a normal businessman who one day got tired of the gray life and decided to be a cow shepherd. Now he runs Malga Casapinello where he produces 100% natural milk, butter and cheese, since his cows eat grass at 1,600 meters above sea level and drink spring water. From June 15th to September 15th it opens its hut to visitors who can eat a great meal according to the traditions of the Dolomites
