On the edge of industrial area of Cluj there is an independent space of contemporary art set up in the old building of the brush factory.

The Brush Factory is a place of creation and promotion of the modern-day art, working as an independent cultural center. The project was initiated in 2009 by a group of artists, fiduciaries , producers and cultural managers from Cluj, animated by the idea that art creates a real impact over the community.
