Located just in front of my building and across from via Salvator Rosa, this shop not only provides delicious pastry for breakfast (typical Neapolitan ones are the "cornetto ", the "graffa", and the "brioche") and excellent desserts, but also delightful one-portion pizzas, fried or baked... everything for a ridiculous price. Note though that this shop does not sell drinks.
