A public recreation area for the entire family, this State Park was formerly a children's summer camp that opened in 1929. There is fishing, hiking, swimming, canoeing, and more!

What a treat! They worked so hard on getting this place open. It is also a hidden gem about 40-50 mins give or take from here. The best part other than seeing the beautiful bluffs up there is if you are lucky enough to see the wild horses. They just run free and are a treat if you get to see them. They have a good restaurant to eat at as well while your there and outside seating.
