One of their best options is the octopus taco: The octopus is charcoal-grilled and topped with fried jack cheese, and then drizzled with some chile de arbol salsa. Their tortillas are handcrafted from organic, non-GMO masa sourced from Masienda and prepared in-house. The tortillas are handmade and grilled to order.
