In its initial section, it separates this district from that of Colonna. Initially, like other streets in the district, it was dedicated to the Italian region of the same name. His fame was definitively sanctioned through Federico Fellini's film La dolce vita, which nevertheless rebuilt the road in the Cinecittà studios.
