An indoor/outdoor grill and saloon serving cooked-to-order hamburgers, grilled hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches, smoked turkey and country-style pork ribs. Owner and in-house griller, Rich Connell, received his training while working for the Redding Fire Department, hence the restaurant’s namesake. Once in Virginia City, look for the outdoor seating place with shade, music and pine trees. Or just follow your nose towards the south end of town.
