Apparently Frederick is a border town. It is where the Wawas meet the Sheetz. Try them both and form your own impression on who does the best Quick Service / Convenience Store / Gas Station combo. The only thing anyone agrees on is that there is probably a better bodega within walking distance of any one person's house.

Great price on gas, and a good menu for coffee and food.
