Great easy, paved hiking trail that runs along the White River.

Our treasured covered bridge that crosses White River. It has a lovely walking/hiking trail that runs along the river and in the summer you can hop on an innertube and float down the river there. (contact the white river canoe company) It is about a 6 mile total hike there and back but it is shady and wonderful. Cross over the foot bridge by Bolden's cleaners. It will take you through Forest Park and on to the bridge.
