Happy Hour has $5 sushi, $5 fish spread, other discounted foods, and discounted drinks. There is a bar by the water both upstairs and downstairs. If you want to sit at one of the bars, try to arrive for happy hour as early as possible! The place has an amazing view of Tampa Bay water.
