These make up the famous Ulster fry with sausages, bacon, eggs, vegetable rolls, black pudding (get these at McMahon's butchers across the road). Other delights include custard buns/pies, treacle bread, Veda, wheaten bread, apple or rhubarb tart, coconut and iced fingers, Belfast bap or a bigger 'crusty'.
