Muddy Paws does just cheesecake but remarkably they also offer vegan and gluten-free cheesecake. Open from just 10-2 pm, you can go in and get a slice but the bulk of their business seems to be for special order events where you get a whole cheesecake. With tons of flavors, if you're into cheesecake, don't miss Muddy Paws in Saint Louis Park.
