Tight parking on Mountain Road. Road is well named. Trail is a good steep challenge. Trailhead is named Mt. Esther Trailhead. RTP must be for when it intersects the Ring The Peak trail. After the step climb, follow RTP to the right. Cut left after a while then stay left to to of Mt. Esther. Unfortunately no signs. Much better all around hike then Hezier trail to the east.

9385 Mountain Rd Cascade CO 80809. Steep entry point and parking is limited. You will gain almost 1200 feet in less then 3/4 of a mile.

This trailhead is a hidden gem. There is very little parking at the trailhead so its visited less often. The beauty is its only a 1/4 mile from our cabin... no parking issues! Take plenty of water, be prepared for an initial steep ascent then take in all Pikes peak has to offer!
