The menu here is completely raw and very healing. They sell everything from healthy organic smoothies, herbal elixirs, and juices to books and beauty products. They also prepare fresh nut milks steamed with cacao or chai and infused with medicinal herbs. I like to visit after a session at Flow Yoga a few doors down, when I’m already in a state of bliss. Try their freshly made kombucha on tap. I’m a huge fan of fuelling your body from the inside out, and a probiotic-rich drink like this does wonders. They have a big focus on other gut-friendly foods too, including house-made kefir and fermented supergreens powder, and they run shops in Bondi and Bronte as well.
