Beautiful Park inside Downtown. It is on the Mississippi River. Izzy's Ice Cream is across the street! Drive, Bike, or walk across the Stone Arch Bridge!

This is a fun place to people/dog watch. It also provides a great space for you to stretch your legs. Walk across the Stone Arch Bridge for a great view of the Mississippi.
