Marguerite had a passion for cooking. A love of sharing her eclectic recipes inspired her to open Marguerite’s Seafood by the Sea in 1956. The quaint seaside restaurant quickly established a reputation for serving creative seafood recipes with unique ingredients. As the restaurant gained popularity it became known as a celebrated Montego Bay gathering spot. When Marguerite decided to pass on her legacy, entrepreneurs vied to be part of the magic.
