National Park Service, lots of information about the area and climbing the mountain
This ranger station serves as the center of mountaineering operations for climbers wishing to attempt Denali or other peaks in the Alaska Range. Rangers are on hand to answer questions, current climbing statistics are always on display and a 30-minute video plays in a screening room, detailing what it’s like for the climbers who brave the slopes of Denali.

It has an active count of how many are climbing and a bulletin board of successful ascents, tries, etc. Features films that rotate, maps and a cozy sitting area next to a fireplace. Here you can browse books and look at the international display of flags of all the climbers who have been to this ranger station to check in before climbing Denali.

Since Talkeetna is where climbers come from all over the world to climb Denali, a visit to the Ranger Station, at the end of town is well worth going to. There is a short video and a ton of information there.
