The oldest continuously working Cafe in Estonia, opened already in 1862. Its current interior has been kept unchanged for over 100 years. Worth to have a look or nibble something. Cafe is very popular among elder people.
The oldest coffee place in Tallinn with traditional freshly made pastries. Try the curd filled choux pastry (kohupiimatasku), it may just be the local replacement for your morning croissant.
For breakfast! Opens at 9 AM. Maiasmokk is believed to be the oldest café in Estonia. Its fascinating history traces back to 1806 when sugar baker Lorenz Cavietzel acquired the land where the current building stands. However, it wasn't until 1864 that the café, as we see it today, was constructed.
