The Elisabethen Open Church is a popular meeting place in Basel – the Café Bar Elisabethen is located where the sun warms the walls of the church from morning till evening. Early in the morning, at 7 am, the cappuccinos are already steaming in their cups, accompanied by a dolce. At lunchtime, soups and pasta dishes await you and in the evening a cool beer after work or a nice glass of wine.

Tiny café in a church. A very nice place to warm up in winter or to cool down in summer. Also my sister works there.
