Absolutely rent bikes and go around different neighborhoods (Vesterbro, Norrebro, etc.). There are plenty of bike shops to rent the bikes from around Nyhavn.

Best place to rent a bike in Copenhagen. It is located in a back yard next to Restaurant Geist. There is a little sign outside also that says Rent a Bike Copenhagen.
