On the southeastern corner of Twillingate island is the Durrell Museum, with local items and spectacular views.
Over looking the Ocean!! The Museum houses community artifacts from the late 1800's to the early 1900's. (Fishing History, Coopering, Curiosity Cabinets etc.) Go back in time and see and feel what it was like in that era. A unique exhibit of the Arm Lads Brigade and it role in WWI and WWII.
