Located within the Island Boat Yard. Eat inside, under awnings on the deck/dock or at the Shipwreck bar with a fun food truck & often, live music. Take a look at boats in the water or on the hard. Enjoy the seaside.

A favorite with the yachting and sailboat crowd, SALT offers low-key vibes and delicious seaborne cuisine including sushi rolls (may be the only sushi on Shelter Island?) in relaxed digs and the *best* lobster roll on the island (best enjoyed from an Adirondack chair at the Shipwreck bar next door to Salt). Take in marina views, chat with the sailors and friendly staff, and drink a mudslide.
