Yum yum yum, I don't thin there is any deli that can outdo this on a summer's day. A little pricey, but the portions are large and surpass delicious. Very eclectic, you'll feel like you're in Freo.

Quirky little coffee spot down near the foreshore, best coffee and some great eats aswell.
