Pumping station at the heart of the Kennet and Avon canal. Beam engins are typically in steam on the final weekend of each month during the summer.
Unique Grade I listed pumping station. The oldest working beam engines in the world and an important example of our national industrial heritage.
Visit the volunteer's site to find out days that the engines are open to the public and those when they are running.
