Absolutely delicious food. Small informal cafe vibe. Dog friendly in the courtyard outside. Great for breakfast (opens at 10) followed by a lovely coastal walk between Daymer Bay and Polzeath.

The Mowhay offers a selection of homemade sandwiches, cream teas and cake throughout the day, and a delicious a la carte menu most evenings. Friendly, relaxed, slightly bohemian atmosphere.
