The original watering hole! The reservoir serves the east LA area and has a playground, a running/jogging path and a meadow (no dogs so you can go barefoot, do yoga). There is a dog park here as well.

Gated picnic field by lake is great for kids. Additional playground on opposite side of the reservoir.
