Our property borders Cody Park. While we have plenty of room to picnic and hang out, the park is also a great place to launch your watercraft and have a great time in the fun and sun!

A fun private POA park, has a boat ramp, loading dock and lots of beach front. You need a parking pass to use the park. If interested in going for the day, let me know in advance and I will get you parking passes
