By far the nicest, cleanest and most friendly hot yoga place in Kelowna. They offer a tourist pass that includes matt rentals. Classes range from the passive Yin to the full on Power Flow. They have Warm Vinyasa classes too for those that don't like it too hot, and the standard Moksha series classes are always good for a work-out. They even have a couple of classes each week featuring live music! How cool is that??? By far the very best one in town!
