For the kawayaki, he marinates the chicken skin for a few days before cooking it till it’s crispy. It’s a masterpiece—you won’t find anything close at anywhere else. The parent company is a famous talent agency, so you might bump into a world-class artist here. I’ve met Afrojack here before!
